For the purpose of providing our Website and Service directly to you (our customer), Uplane acts as a Data Controller over certain personal data we collect from you (e.g., your account details, billing information).
When our customers use the Uplane Service to process personal data of their end-users (e.g., collecting lead data on landing pages, tracking ad performance for campaigns), Uplane typically acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our customers. In such cases, our customers are the Data Controllers and are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal bases and notices in place. We have separate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our customers to govern these processing activities.

We collect various types of information from and about you to provide and improve our Website and Service.
a. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us:

This is done on your behalf as a Data Processor, and your privacy settings on those platforms, as well as our Data Processing Agreements with you, will govern this.
For Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
With Affiliates: We may share your information with our current or future affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If we process other sensitive personal information in a way that allows for this right, we will provide a specific mechanism.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
